Another case of really bad customer service

You’ve heard me rant about both Calgary Transit and Air Canada. They have their cases of really missing the ball on serving their audience.

As much as I complain about them, they’ve got nothing on this case of just screwing someone over.

My friend and co-worker, Chrissie, had one hell of a run-in with Bell Mobility. I gotta say, when the rules finally allowed for number portability, there was a part of me that was wondering how much havoc would come out of it. I never imagined it would be that bad.

On the positive side, though, apparently there is some resolution. I still think Bell didn’t go far enough to cover the mistakes they made, though.
